As part of their hiring process, the Company shall conduct background checks concerning my previous employment and other information that may be useful in making a hiring decision.
I hereby therefore consent and authorize The Company and/or their designated agents to make such inquiries,
and I authorize without reservation, the use of this information to determine a hiring decision.
I also release Nexus Green Limited and the provider of such information from any and all liabilities arising from the inquiries and disclosure of the requested information about me.
